Nollywood Artiste Vomits Blood On Set, Rushed To Hospital

A Yoruba Nollywood artiste, Mr. Kunle Mac-Tokunbo popularly known as Dejo, suddenly began to vomit blood at a movie location in Abule-Egba area of Lagos State.
According to Daily Sun report, Dejo was on location with other artistes for the shooting of a new movie entitled ‘Igbo Sambisa’, and when it was his turn to act his role, he suddenly began to bleed.

He was said to have bled profusely from his nose, so much that his shirt, which was used to check the flow was fully soaked in blood.
His nose was blocked with cotton wool and he had to be breathing through the mouth.
The cast and crew members had to suspend the shooting of the movie and rushed him to the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LUTH), Ikeja, where he is receiving treatment.

According to a family source, before Dejo went to the film location, he had earlier attended a political rally of Governor Ibikunle Amosun where he was attacked by some thugs.
Speaking on the phone, Dejo explained that he had sustained an internal injury, which he did not treat on time, because he thought it was a minor pain in the nostril.
He added that he had had to go for the film shooting because he had a role in the production.
