Former vice president, Atiku Abubakar launched the Technology Enhanced
Learning for All (TELA) yesterday, February 1 in Yola, Adamawa State.
TELA is an American University of Nigeria project sponsored by USAID
that will teach basic literacy and numeracy to vulnerable children.
According to the former VP who spent quality time with children in his
community, 20,000 IDP children will benefit from the project. More
